ONSTEP is a platform that helps create a seamless and automated onboarding experience that helps remote HR teams efficiency while keeping new hires engaged from day one.
AMPX (UX)
2023 | Principal Product Designer
Led the project for an Australian energy provider called Plico, developing a SaaS virtual power plant (VPP) platform to manage the energy generated by Plico clients’ households in Western Australia.
Introduced new features based on user feedback and continuously improved the experience to help Plico increase their customer satisfaction and successfully achieve their market goals.
NOS SGPS - WOO (Portugal)

Involved since the early phases of research and ideation, I’ve helped the creation of the main touchpoint of the first digital Telco company in Portugal, WOO.
This innovative digital product, has won the Product of the Year and Consumer’s choice in 2024 and reached more than 10% of market quote in the first 2 years after release.
NOS SGPS - Cliente NOS (Portugal)
2018 | Principal Product Designer
Lead the full redesign of the mobile app to transform it into the main touchpoint for NOS Clients.
We re-imagined the entire app architecture based on user feedback and added innovative and useful new features.
The results were highly successful, as the app doubled its number of active users and surpassed 1M installs within the first year after the redesign.

With a background in Graphic Design and a deep understanding of color science, typography, illustration, and branding, I bring a passion for crafting visually engaging and immersive UI experiences. My expertise allows me to design interfaces that are not only aesthetically appealing but also align seamlessly with the brand’s identity and create meaningful connections with users.
